Meditation and Healing Circles in Geneva, Il

With Sandy

First Tuesday of the month, from 6:30 to 7:30pm

Life asks so much of us. Sandy's monthly Meditation and Healing Circle is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the wisest, calmest part of yourself.

Together you will journey through a guided meditation while you relax comfortably in a zero-gravity chair and receive gentle intuitive energy healing designed to support your nervous system, release stress, and help you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply cared for.

No experience is necessary, just come exactly as you are with the intention to relax, reset, and reconnect.

Men's Circles in Geneva, Il

with Chris Landis

Third Wednesday of the month, from 7 to 8:30pm
Upcoming dates: August 19, September 16, and October 21, 2026

Our Men's Circle is an intimate gathering, typically with 3 to 4 participants, creating a safe and supportive space for authentic connection. Each session begins by slowing down and arriving in the present moment.

We create a calming atmosphere with music and aromatic plants, followed by breathwork and a guided meditation to help quiet the mind and open the heart. If new members are joining, we begin with brief introductions before settling into the practice.

From there, we move into heartfelt group discussion. Participants are invited to share whatever they are currently navigating or whatever feels present for them in the moment. There is no pressure to have the right thing to say, simply showing up as you are, is enough.

At its core, Men's Circle is about finding healing through authentic connection. It is an opportunity to release what you are carrying, be witnessed without judgment, and discover the strength that comes from a supportive community.

Many men arrive unsure of what to expect but return because they experience something powerful in the shared space, a sense of belonging, connection, and the reminder that they don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.

Women's Circles in Geneva, Il

with Shantel

One Thursday a month, from 6:30 to 8pm

Our Women's Circle is a gentle, intentional gathering where women come together to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and connect with each other in a meaningful way.

It is a space for honesty, softness, and shared ritual. Everything is offered with care, spaciousness, and respect for each woman's lived experience.

This circle isn't about fixing or performing. It's about creating a container where women can breathe, be seen, and remember their own inner wisdom.

Immerse yourself in a transformative journey of healing and relaxation with our Acupuncture Sound Bath event. This unique experience combines guided meditation, a simple yet powerful acupuncture protocol, and the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments to create a deeply restorative, supportive, and meditative environment.

You can think of the acupuncture needles as tiny antennae, helping to carry the vibrations of sound deep into the body. As the sound waves travel through and around the needles, they create a unique sensory experience that can encourage deep relaxation and help support your body's natural healing response.

Private Sessions Available! We can arrange for private acupuncture sound bath experiences for yourself and up to 7 of your guests. Please contact 630-208-4678 or info@valleyacu.com to discuss a private acupuncture sound bath session.
